JSos

J.Sos is a Dominican Hip Hop artist from the Brentwood section of Long Island, New York. Growing up he was surrounded by music and culture which ultimately led to him becoming immersed in the culture of Hip Hop just as the greats before him in Suffolk County like: EPMD, Biz Markie, Public Enemy, Rakim & More. Sos quickly started developing a sound and style of his own in high school and was opening for major artists at the age of 16.

Going forward he continued to build his name locally while moving into the digital age and releasing songs online like "Nazareth" "Specialist" and "Blender" which showcased his colorful wordplay, creative punchlines and powerful flow. This gained him a strong local reputation as the next rising star from Suffolk County. His 2021 album "Son of Savagery" took him to a new level in his musical journey and got the attention of independent Long Island based label "DCM" who signed him to the outfit. Since then he's collaborated with the likes of Cassidy, Bizarre of D12, The God Fahim, Rj Payne, Grafh, Tony Yayo and more. Most recently he released the project "White Jesus" with Long Island music producer "Matt Echo" and it was followed up with the critically acclaimed project "Come Back For You" produced by underground legend "38 Spesh".

Both are available on all streaming platforms. With the success of these releases, he was invited on platforms like Shade 45, Power 105.1 and It's Bizkit. It also took him on his first tour of the United States and he is gearing up for his first overseas tours while continuing to release new music. Keep your ears and eyes open for the Foolie Nation leader to leave his mark on this beloved culture of Hip Hop.
